A Return, Not a Regression
If you feel yourself slipping back into old patterns…
If the calm of Ramadan feels distant…
If your body feels louder now than it did before…
You are NOT failing.
You are being invited.
Invited to return.
Invited to soften.
Invited to listen again.
Because wellness is not something we achieve once and hold onto forever.
It is something we return to ... again and again!
And your body…
has been waiting for you to come back.

Where Calm Truly Lives
Allah reminds us:
“Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.”
Qur'an Surah Ar-Ra'd Ayat 28 (13:28)
Not in constant motion.
Not in endless productivity.
Not in proving, performing, or pushing beyond our limits.
But in REMEMBRANCE!
In returning.
In softening.
In anchoring ourselves in something deeper than the demands of this world.
The calm you felt in Ramadan was never meant to be left behind.
It lives within you.
It lives in your breath.
It lives in your pauses.
It lives in your remembrance.
And perhaps … even in the quiet whispers of your body calling you back to what your soul already knows.
So as you move forward from Ramadan,
do not rush to become who you were.
Return instead to who you felt yourself becoming.
Gentler.
More aware.
More aligned.
This is your invitation to keep reclaiming calm ... not as a destination, but as a way of being.
