Each month, we explore a focused wellness topic through a faith-rooted and practical lens — addressing the intersections of social-emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual health. These sessions are designed to be educational, interactive, and restorative.

Together, we:

In this month's Health & Wellness Chat, Dr. Fauziyyah is joined by Sister Ronnisha of Postpartum Eats to explore holistic postpartum care and the fourth trimester — the sacred season of healing, nourishment, and restoration that follows birth.
